What decides whether a time is bookable

Opening hours, rotas, existing bookings and synced calendars, in order.

A start time is offered only when every one of these agrees. If a time is missing from your booking page, work down this list and one of them will explain it.

  1. The location is open. Opening hours are per weekday, per location.
  2. A team member who can do that service at that location is working. Their rota is set per weekday, in blocks.
  3. The whole appointment fits inside one working block, including any blocked time after it.
  4. Nothing else occupies them: an existing booking, an event on a synced calendar, or a slot another client is paying for right now.
  5. The service has no availability windows, or the time falls inside one.
  6. The start is far enough ahead to satisfy your lead time.
  7. The gap policy has not held it back.

A holiday closes the day for everyone at that location, whatever the rotas say.
