1. Accepting These Terms

Welcome to kuai.io, operated by Denvelop Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). When you use our website and services, you agree to follow these terms and all laws that apply. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our website.

2. Using Our Website

We allow you to use our website for viewing and booking services. This is a license to use, not ownership. You may not:

  • Change or copy our content without permission
  • Use our website for business other than making bookings
  • Try to access or copy our source code
  • Remove our copyright notices
  • Copy our content to other websites

If you break these rules, we may end your right to use our website. We can also end your access at any time for any reason.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you must give us correct information. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us right away if someone uses your account without your permission.

We have the right to close accounts, remove content, or cancel orders when needed.

4. Bookings and Payments

kuai.io helps you book and pay for services. You agree to pay all fees on time with a valid payment method. We use Stripe to process payments, and you must follow Stripe's terms too.

Each service provider sets their own rules for canceling. You agree to follow these rules when you book with them.

5. Pricing and Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure, subscription fees, and any other charges at any time, at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees
  • Transaction fees and processing charges
  • Premium feature pricing
  • Free tier limitations and thresholds
  • Any additional service fees

For existing subscribers, we will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice of any price increases via email notification to your registered email address or through in-app notifications. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

If you do not agree to any price changes, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the changes take effect. Continued use of our service after the effective date of any pricing changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

We may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special rates that are subject to specific terms and conditions. Such promotional pricing may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Service Availability and Downtime

We provide our service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain service availability, we make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or uninterrupted access. Our service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Technical issues or system failures
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Network or infrastructure problems
  • Any other reason beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs): SLAs regarding uptime or performance guarantees apply only to customers with custom enterprise plans where such agreements are explicitly negotiated and documented in writing. No SLAs apply to standard Free or Pro plan users.

7. Our Property Rights

The kuai.io service, content, and features belong to Denvelop Private Limited and our partners. These are protected by law. You cannot use our brand names or designs without getting our written permission first.

8. Your Content

Our service lets you post information, text, and images. You are responsible for what you post, including making sure it's legal and appropriate.

By posting, you give us permission to use, change, show, and share your content on our service.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denvelop Private Limited and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost money resulting from:

  • Using or not being able to use our service
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
  • What others do or post on our service
  • Information you get from our service
  • Someone accessing your information without permission
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability to you for any claims related to these Terms or our service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is less.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our service will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Singapore, in English, under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary.

If you are a consumer in a country with laws requiring different governing law or dispute resolution methods, your rights under those laws will not be affected by these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms when needed. We'll post new Terms here and update the "Last Updated" date. If you keep using our service after changes, it means you accept the new Terms.
